The network-based door chime is configured via the DoorBird App. In addition to the volume and the multiple ringtones it is also possible to set the door chime to a do not disturb mode (Coming Soon!). A DoorBird door station can be connected to an unlimited number of door chimes and the door chime supports an unlimited number of door stations.

Good but

Easy to install the hardware, set up was a little complicated from the App.

I wanted to use this as a standalone product and have got it to work pretty well, it would be nice if push notifications would work with the door chime, even better if third party IP cameras could interface into the app.

Would be nice if other audio files could be played however the list of options is extensive.

Would also be a nice feature if you could select different tones for different times ie at night you can select a lower volume or quieter tone to play than during the day, currently only option is to silence at night.

Over all happy with the product, it’s a set, forget and enjoy.

Chime fixes my DoorBird frustration

We’ve had DoorBirds for a few years, which we set up with dedicated tablets. However, the one thing that has always frustrated me is how soft the chime is - we could never hear the tablet from much of the house. This chime fixes that. It was straight forward to set up and it just works. And now we can hear the doorbell from anywhere in the house. Thrilled to have this as DoorBird has worked flawlessly without issue and it was just the chime factor that frustrated which is bow solved.
