The DoorBird D2202V IP Video Intercom is a premium two-button door station designed for duplexes, small multi-tenant buildings and businesses with two separate units. Each illuminated call button can be assigned to a different residence, office or destination, while the elegant brushed V2A stainless-steel fascia delivers the durable, architectural finish for which DoorBird is known. The D2202V can be installed flush or surface mounted using the appropriate housing, which is sold separately.
At the heart of the D2202V is DoorBird’s new 5-megapixel camera, providing detailed HD video, improved HDR, an ultra-wide-angle view and infrared night vision. Clear two-way audio with echo and noise suppression makes conversations easier to understand, while the adjustable 4D motion sensor can detect activity at distances of up to 10 metres. Visitors can be answered from compatible smartphones, tablets and SIP devices, whether users are on the property or away from home.
The upgraded dual-frequency RFID reader supports compatible 125kHz and 13.56MHz credentials, with capacity for up to 3,000 tags. Two freely configurable bistable relays provide independent control of two doors, gates or external devices, while Wiegand, OSDP and RS485 interfaces support integration with professional access-control systems. DoorBird’s open API and extensive third-party compatibility also make the D2202V an excellent choice for connected homes and integrated commercial projects.
Powered and networked through a wired PoE connection, the German-made D2202V combines straightforward installation with reliable day-to-day operation. Configurable call buttons, time-based schedules, geofencing and remote administration provide the flexibility required for modern residential and business entrances.
Please note: A compatible DoorBird surface-mount or flush-mount housing is required and sold separately.
