The DoorBird D2202KV IP Video Intercom is a premium two-button door station designed for duplexes, small multi-tenant buildings and businesses with two separate units. Each illuminated call button can be assigned to a different residence, office or destination. Its integrated keypad, RFID reader and Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity provide several convenient options for secure keyless entry, while the brushed V2A stainless-steel fascia offers a durable, architectural finish.
The D2202KV features DoorBird’s 5-megapixel camera with detailed HD video, improved HDR, an ultra-wide-angle view and infrared night vision. Clear two-way audio with echo and noise suppression makes conversations easier to understand, while the adjustable 4D motion sensor can detect activity at distances of up to 10 metres. Visitors can be seen and answered using compatible smartphones, tablets and SIP devices, whether users are on the premises or away.
The integrated 12-key keypad supports up to 3,000 remotely configurable PIN codes. Its dual-frequency RFID reader accommodates compatible 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz credentials, with capacity for up to 3,000 tags. Bluetooth access is also available using compatible DoorBird Bluetooth Keyfobs. Two freely configurable bistable relays allow independent control of two doors, gates or other connected devices, while Wiegand, OSDP and RS485 interfaces support integration with professional access-control systems.
Powered and networked through a reliable wired PoE connection, the German-made D2202KV also supports time-based access schedules, geofencing, remote administration and integration with a wide range of smart-home, access-control and building-management platforms. It can be installed flush or surface mounted using the appropriate DoorBird housing.
